Bikini Body Fitness Game

If you need to workout, why not make it fun? Personal Trainer Hilary Hagner's created the Bikini Body Fitness Game using one fitness band and two dice.

Host Rebecca Spera joined a group of Mirror/Mirror fans to try out the workout challenge. Here are the rules and exercises for the Bikini Body Fitness Game:

The Rules:

  • Roll the first die: One through six corresponds with what exercise you'll perform, labeled one through six.
  • Roll the second die: Each number represents 15 seconds. If you roll a one, it's 15 seconds you'll do the exercise. If you roll a six, it's 90 seconds that you'll do the exercise.
  • Continue with workout game until all exercises one through six are completed once.
The Exercises:
  • One = Squats to Shoulder Press: Step on band with feet hips-length apart. Hold onto handles with fingers facing up. Squat until elbows touch knees, and stand up while pressing up into shoulder press with band.
  • Two = Pop Out with Knee Abs: Get into push-up position. Hop feet into hands and pop back out into push up position. Then, bring one knee into opposite side and the other knee into other side. Repeat.
  • Three = Side Lunge Reverse Fly: Stand with feet at hips length facing forward. Wrap band around hands and lift hands to shoulder level. Step out to side lunge with one leg and simultaneously pull back into a reverse fly. Step in. Alternate sides.
  • Four = Twists: Wrap band around a poll or door hinge lower to the ground. Stand next to pole with band to your left. Hold handle with both hands, keeping legs straight forward, and twist body from left to right. Repeat on other side.
  • Five = Pop Out Push Up: Get into push up position with legs together. Pop feet out wide into a "V", do a push up, and pop feet back together. Repeat.
  • Six = Donkey Kick Back: Get on all fours. Put band around one foot and hold onto band with hands. Keep foot flexed and kick back with band as resistance. Complete set on one side, and the work on other leg.
