Pork Ramen Soup

- 1 quart pork broth
- 1 quart miso broth
- 4 cups fresh ramen noodles
- 8-10 slices of cooked pork
- 4 scallions, thinly sliced including green part
- 1-2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
- 2-4 tablespoons red pickeled ginger, thinly sliced
- 4 hard boiled eggs, peeled and sliced in half
- 2-4 tablespoons red miso paste

Directions
1. Heat the pork broth to a low boil.
2. Add the miso broth.
3. Add the noodles and cook gently, 1-2 minutes until just cooked through.
4,. Add the remaining ingredients until heated through.
